Our paellas are made with love to appreciate New Orleans culture; its tremendous bounty of seafood, love of a great party, and respect for tradition.

We have you covered! Our paella is an expression of art that will brighten any occasion. Our team provides the complete experience. We show up with our traditional Spanish pans and beautifully create your delicacy over an open fire in front of your eyes. We can also serve hand crafted tapas upon request.
